First of all i want to give Squonkey credit for the majority of this guide :
Hi there, this guide right here will help you get through the hard decisions to make while training agility. (It will also contain the items you'll need)
To start with, at lvl 1, agility is pretty simple. Just go to Gnome Stronghold and stay training agility on the normal course until you reach lvl 25. Items needed: boots of lightness and spottier/spotted cape may come in handy.
Next, we got 25-52. Now, you will need to head down to Karamja. (Brimhaven to be exact) Here, you will keep jumping over the spike traps over and over again. Pretty easy, less fails when your agility lvl increases. Items needed: 200gp to pay the nubcake with the parrot everytime you want to go down the dungeon, a fully charged glory and fill the rest of your inv with cakes. (When you need to bank, head to the vulcano on Karamja and use the bank in the Tzhaar city. Beware of the skeletons, scorpions and giant bats though!)
Ah, lvls 52-83.... Probably the most annoying lvls you'll get. Keep on training though! To get these lvls, you will be training at the Wilderness course. Here, you will have to watch out for revs (all below lvl 60) and the skeletons. To keep you from dieing due to the skeletons, try to keep your lp above 45 at all times, since their max hit is 45! Keep training here and listen to some music as it will get boring after a while. (Average 10 days during holidays to get 52-83)
Items you will need: loads of cakes (about 1k will do), loads of knives (same kind as you use to train fletching; about 100 needed), Ardougne teletabs OR house teletabs (ardy if Plague city has been completed, house if you got a glory in it; about 100 of each kind will do), have nothing equipped (only skillcape if you want to show off) and lots of determination!
When using the ardy teletabs, use the bank which is near to spawn location and then head to the gates of West-Ardougne. There, pull the lever which will tele you to lvl 54 wildy.
When using house teletabs, rub the glory to tele to edgeville. There, head to the ruins where the yew trees are, you'll find a lever at the coffins. This lever will also take you to 54 wildy. (same spot as ardy one)
*note!* You will keep failing here, even with 99 Agility!
Here comes the fun, lvls 83-99! For these lvls, you got 2 options:
1. 83-92 on the extended gnome course. Here, you will be gaining 60k xp/h averaged. Not much to say about this course and you can wear whatever you want, since your run energy will remain full.
Items needed: 67 summer pies when starting at 83 (enough to get lvl 85), some food (not a lot, 10 cakes will do after 85) and equipment of your choice.
*note!* You will stop failing at this course at lvl 89! However, the only obstacle you can fail at, is the advertisement board.
After you've reached 92, you may want to head to the extended Barbarian course. This course is located at the Barbarian outpost. Since you've got 92 agility, you won't fail anymore at this course. Some say this course is more boring than the extended gnome one, but it just differs from person to person. The average xp/h you will gain here will be about 65k.
Items needed: games necklace to teleport to Barbarian outpost and equipment of your choice.
*note!* You will need to have completed the Barcrawl mini-quest to enter this course! If you haven't done this one yet, consult this site:
