The simplest thing skillers can do to support other skillers is to be in a cc with each other, chatting and rooting each other on to prevent the infectious side effect of skilling: boredom!
Events are an integral part of getting to know your fellow clan mates, making some money or earning some xp, and of course having a good time while doing so.
